- Beginnings
I began playing when I was 9. I was taught in Waterloo Memorial Hall in Wishaw by Douglas Fleming. I played with Clyde Valley Pipe Band up until the age of 16. I then moved to Lanark & District for around 3 years and was Pipe Sergeant for my final season there. At the end of the 2013 season I moved to Aberdeen for work and joined Deeside Caledonia Pipe Band. I returned home to Wishaw at the beginning of 2016 and have played with SFR since.
- Other Bands and Achievements
Being made Pipe Sergeant at a relatively young coupled my ability to teach. I run my own pipe band in Wishaw where I mentor and teach youngsters along side some older players.

- Future Goals
I'd love to win prizes with SFR. I'd also like to play in the Grade 1 final at the Worlds. I hope to eventual compete with my own personal pipe band at 4B to give them all the experience of competing.
